If the product that you purchase is defective
or does not match the description of your order, please contact us by telephone
or email within one week of receiving the product. In such a case, you may
return the product for a full refund of all charges. The
product must be returned in the original condition.
If the product you purchase does not otherwise fit your needs, you may return it
for a partial refund: the total amount of the order minus a 20%
restocking fee.
All electronic equipment is warranted against defects for a period of one year from the date
of purchase or repair. In the event of failure during this period, defects will be corrected or the equipment will be replaced at no charge. Should the equipment require service after the
one year warranty period, we will repair the item at the lowest costs available and in a timely fashion. Whenever possible,
we will provide either a replacement or loaned piece during the repair time.
