Shipping Policy

Attention International Customers: We currently ship to Peru, Brazil, Costa Rica, India, United Kingdom, and other countries. Whenever possible, international shipments are made using the U.S. Mail Priority service in order to reduce shipping charges. Shipments going from the US to other countries are subject to customs duties, fees and broker charges. Merchant Supply Depot does NOT pay these customs or brokerage fees for shipments to any country. These fees must be paid by the purchaser. These fees are sometimes not collected at delivery but WILL BE charged at a later date, sometime months later.

Hawaii and Alaska: Whenever possible, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be made using the U.S. Mail Priority service in order to reduce shipping charges. For this service, please phone our offices to place the order.

Shipping schedule: No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All shipping is via carrier of Merchant Supply Depot’s choosing. Orders must be placed before 3:30 PM PT to be shipped same day. No refunds on any and all shipping charges or service charges. At Merchant Supply Depot we believe in helping our environment by recycling. We use recycled and re-circulated materials as part of our packaging.

PO Boxes: Due to the sensitivity of your order, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. You must provide a physical shipping address.

Tracking Numbers: We will provide tracking numbers for your product upon request as soon as they become available. The tracking numbers will be provided to the email address that you enter on your order.

Shipping Area: Our primary shipping area is the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For other countries, please contact us by phone or email to request a shipping cost.

Damaged Merchandise: If you receive a package that has been damaged please call our sales office to report the damaged product so that we can make arrangements for your exchange
